Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts related to pharmaceutical products such as in/out licensing codevelopment and distribution agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with internal company regulations and policies.
- Provide legal advice in relation to the daily operations of the company ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical sector.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector with a predominant focus on contractual issues.
- Solid knowledge of regulations and standards specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Advanced level of English both written and spoken.
