Were currently looking for an HR Business Partner. Someone to join our HR Business team in order to support our operations in the Swiss and the Italian markets. Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to expedite the forthcoming change. And someone who doesnt mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
This position is located at Milano Italy in Zurich Switzerland. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.
The responsibilities
You will be part of the global HR team for deploying and implementing HR projects and initiatives whilst at the same time being the local HR Business Partner for Switzerland and Italy on HR topics. We are now looking for a committed and collaborative HR Partner who wants to be an important part of adapting implementing and driving the global HR strategies into a local market level. This position will be operating on a 50% basis. The role will report to the HR Regional Manager of EMEA with a dotted line to the Managing Director of Polestar Switzerland & Italy.

The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.
We are looking for someone with excellent people and communication skills. A networker who can handle multiple stakeholders and build long term professional relationships consisting of trust commitment and a high level of service. Also you easily comprehend global strategies with the ability of translating these into local application. You are flexible independent and able to set up your own structure whilst working proactively in an everchanging environment.
In addition youll need the following qualifications:
