Job Description
The Content Copywriter will be responsible for producing engaging and polished content across various departments including VIP Acquisitions Affiliates and Player Support. This role involves creating content for campaign emails promotional pages social media posts and external communications like Trustpilot reviews. The Content Copywriter will also work on internal projects such as revamping articles static pages and assisting with the internal wiki.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit glossy persuasive content for multiple departments including VIP Acquisitions Affiliates and Player Support.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to craft compelling campaign emails and promotional pages.
- Assist the Player Support team with creating and updating help articles and managing the internal wiki.
- Generate content for social media posts in coordination with the social media team.
- Revamp and refresh existing onsite copy ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and current marketing strategies.
- Create external content such as Trustpilot reviews to enhance the companys online reputation.
- Stay current with industry trends and apply insights to content creation and strategy.
- Down the line video integration and script writing.
- Prepare competitor keyword research and other types of reports.
Essential Skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and purposes.
- Experience in writing for various channels including email web social media and customer support.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines while maintaining highquality output.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with different departments to achieve content goals.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and a keen eye for detail.
- Adjust and resize images for optimal website performance.
