Country People Coordinator

Aboot the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Country HR Manager to manage all HR processes and employee requests throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our employees receive highquality support and assistance in alignment with People SOPs and local labor laws. If youre passionate about creating impactful HR solutions and driving continuous improvement this is the role for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Hiring:
    • Manage hiring procedures including the creation of employment agreements.
  • Training:
    • Provide new employees with access to tools policies and mandatory training.
    • Guide new hires through the onboarding process and ensure they have all the necessary information.
  • Compensation & Benefits (Comp&Ben):
    • Document and report payroll incidents.
    • Support the Comp&Ben team with salary range management.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee time off.
    • Coordinate benefits processing handling enrollments COBRA terminations claims (disability accident death) rollovers and compliance testing.
  • Legal Compliance:
    • Manage contract templates and mandatory notices.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Selinas internal policies and procedures.
    • Conduct audits of expired contracts.
    • Handle workrelated accident processes.
  • HRIS:
    • Ensure employee data is updated and recorded accurately in the HR system.
  • Terminations:
    • Document and support all terminations in accordance with HR templates and policies.
    • Oversee the exit interview process.
  • LocationSpecific HR Procedures:
    • Supervise and optimize HR procedures at different locations.
    • Address Tier1 HR queries and ensure compliance with internal policies and country HR guidance.
    • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with the HR Accounting Supervisor to monitor location administration.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
    • Collaborate with Labor Relations to manage grievances and unionrelated issues.
    • Assist staff with employmentrelated concerns and investigate complaints making recommendations for action.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
    • Develop and implement people operations strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
    • Ensure legal compliance and ethical practices are followed across all HR activities.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR management with a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience in handling employee relations legal compliance and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll management.
