Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Director to join our Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Financial Investigations practice. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial highly driven person with a wellrounded skill set to join the JS Held team. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of investigations but also be a flexible and strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. Specifically we are looking to add an individual who has a developed understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency. This role will not only be investigatory in nature but will encompass many of the financial crime related elements that the cryptocurrency industry is experiencing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in a senior leadership role preferably in the consulting industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth profitability and market expansion
- 7 years of experience building and leading highperforming teams
- Demonstrated success in developing business through marketing and thought leadership initiatives
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and board relations
- Ability to make decisive datadriven decisions in a fastpaced environment
- Innovative mindset with a passion for driving organizational change and improvement
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $90000 $125000 plus annual bonus eligibility. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset experience training location scope of role client relationships etc.
