You Will:
- Foster a culture founded on adherence to all applicable HSE Quality and other corporate policies procedures and guidelines
- Actively support an image that reflects the highest regard for health safety environment and quality stewardship
- Work with Site Management Team on tasks such as project planning/management process execution HSE and Quality Management Systems updates (customer complaints audits Nonconformities JSAs Program review etc.)
- Participate in daily tier meetings HSE Oversight Committee Management Review KPI meetings and other team meetings as needed
- Assisting with customer complaint nonconformity safety observations and continuous improvement ideas
- Perform other duties as required to meet plant needs
Qualifications :
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Ag Business Business Administration Occupational Health or another closely related field of study
- A passion for Occupational Safety
- An interest in the agricultural industry
- Lean or Six experience is preferred
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the US
