Accountabilities
The role will include administrative support event management and communications interfacing with colleagues within the Asia Hub Bangkok office and in other global and regional locations.
- To provide effective administrative support for the Asia Hub Bangkok Office
- To support Head of Business for all administrative and business organizational works with confidentiality
- To support the smooth running of the office operations
- To ensure effective communications using various collaboration tools including emails Teams Viva Engage
- To be responsible for coordination of supply activities for office consumables (stationery cleaning supplies kitchen supplies etc.) follow up third party services and seeking for improvement on the services
- On request to arrange meetings and events including booking venues transport and catering and keeping accurate records.
- To support with onboarding process for New Starters.
- To Raise accurate purchase orders being aware of relevant information needed to create orders successfully for procurement process requirements on SAP and Ariba
- To support visitors from abroad for travel planning and organization
- Act as a contact point of Asia Hub Bangkok office for any logistical matters
Qualifications :
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Able to develop good working relationships with the community in Thailand and quickly become familiar with activities where they can provide effective support.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Share point Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational planning and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing a responsive and helpful service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks e.g. support with onboarding new starters arranging social events and meetings.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Awareness of Agrichemical industry
- Good event management skills
- Experience in creating communications and sharing via social media platforms e.g. Viva Engage LinkedIn
- Good level of written and spoken English knowledge of second language is preferred.
- Good level of MS Office programs SAP Ariba knowledge is preferred
- Good communication skills

Additional Information :
Based in Bangkok Thailand. This is a hybrid working role with minimum three days in the Office.
