As a SAP Ariba Lead Consultant you will optimize and continuously improve our implemented SAP Ariba solutions to achieve procurement excellence. You will ensure the system aligns with our business goals such as cost savings compliance and efficiency while driving process enhancements and maximize ROI. As a thought leader in your domain you will oversee and manage the postimplementation support enabling new features inhouse capability building and delivering actionable insights through analytics. Acting as the key liaison you collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and supplier to address evolving needs and ensure smooth operations. Ultimately you will drive continuous improvements and scalability of the SAP Ariba platform.

- Lead the SAP Ariba CoE (Center of Expertise) and team including L1.5 support
- Oversee the administration maintenance and optimization of the existing SAP Ariba solutions to align with business processes
- Conduct system health checks and identify areas for process improvement and automation
- Drive the enhancement / continuous improvement roadmap for SAP Ariba
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather evolving requirements and implement relevant enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system workflow and ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and ERP system (e.g. SAP S4 HANA ECC MDG)
- Design and implement solutions and for customization requirements
- Monitor and maintain the systems performance ensuring uptime and optimal functionality
- Provide enduser training support and documentation for new features and updates
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Collaborate with suppliers via the Ariba Network to improve engagement and resolve disputes
- Stay updated with SAP Ariba releases new features and best practices and recommend adoption of new functionalities
- Generate reports and actionable insights to support procurement strategy and decisionmaking
- Drive user adoption by optimizing the user experience and addressing adoptions gaps
- Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge
- Manage communications with SAP Ariba Engagement and Deployment Leads
- Own and lead the Service & Enhancement Request Process (SR/ER) with SAP Ariba Engineers

You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or related field
- Certification in SAP Ariba is an asset
- 8 year of handson experience with SAP Ariba administration and configuration (Strategic Sourcing/SLP Ariba Buying & BTP Business Network Commerce Automation Supply Chain Collaboration Fieldglass) with at least 2 years in a postimplementation support role
- People leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Fluent English knowledge
- Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes and solutions
- Indepth technical knowledge of SAP Ariba and its various modules (upstream and downstream) and integrations with ERP systems
- Indepth understanding of Ariba functionality business processes and how they align with the procurement organization
- Expertise in Ariba configuration including template configurations workflow setup data management and business scenarios
- Demonstrated skills in documenting current procurement processes and defining future procurement processes
- Proficient understanding of APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to manage system updates and enhancements including testing and release management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
