If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Analyzes reviews and supports the development of business process together with the Business Teams/ Functions and/or Project/Product Managers
- Drives the impact analysis of new requirements as part of the respective solution
- Formulates and develops new and/or improve existing global business solutions and translates business requirements to functional requirements
- Leads smaller IT projects or supports IT projects in close cooperation with the Project/Product Manager (informal leadership role)
- Supports the management of incidents and technical guidance to users together with the 2nd support level
- IT representative over all areas of the IT system functionality usually aligned with one or more business areas (Manufacturing Quality Logistics Engineering etc.)
- Works with Product Owners Product Managers Technical Product Managers to identify issues in the IT system that need to be added resolved removed or improved with the purpose of improving the overall user experience
- Details each selected feature in the form of a User Story small enough to be implemented within one sprint including acceptance criteria necessary for the team to understand and develop the user story
- Works with Developers to confirm the IT system behavior and develop proposals for how to best obtain a desired outcome
- Works with Data Quality Engineers to validate data issues and resolve programming gaps that may be causing data issues
- Works with the Product Manager and stakeholders to set priority for improvements going into the IT system
- Creates JIRA stories defining issues and contributes to conversations in JIRA
- Performs testing on the IT system improvements to verify that it is performing well and meets business need including postrollout testing
- Supports code rollout by documenting release newsletter and other training material
- Supports with the creation of user documentation
- Coordination of agile ceremonies (sprint meetings daily standups retrospective meetings and other alignment meetings that are needed)
- Supports with the training and sharing best practices with the users/stakeholders
- Ensures that functional dependencies or other restrictions related to the applications in his/her portfolio are underlined and taken into consideration/ validation
- Supports with reports PowerBI dashboards that will serve at better analyzing the evolution of the applications in his/her portfolio
- Creating updating maintaining improving reports that provide actionable insight that contribute to business development
- Proposes automation solutions that increase the accessibility quality and performance of the applications in his/her portfolio
