Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Community Manager and Social Media Strategist. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about building communities has a keen understanding of social media platforms and possesses strong strategic and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement followers and brand awareness on Instagram and TikTok;
- Create and curate engaging content including videos images and captions tailored to each platforms audience and trends;
- Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers responding to comments/messages and initiating conversations;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns product launches and events;
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics track trends and identify opportunities for optimization and growth;
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends features and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience managing social media accounts particularly Instagram and TikTok for a brand or organization;
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms analytics tools and performance metrics;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation;
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment;
- Ability to coordinate projects & make things happen!;
- Demonstrated passion for community building and fostering meaningful interactions;
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus;
- No formal education required.
