You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a part of the Integrated Health Systems program the Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Hub provides critical services to Oslers community partners and is an integral part of our strategy to promote health system integration. The IPAC Practitioners facilitate infection control activities and are change agents with the primary goal to support and build IPAC capacity in congregate living settings reducing the risk of infections and hospital transfers .
The IPAC practitioner directly reports to the IPAC Hub Manager and will work with the regional IPAC hub to provide expert guidance and sustainability planning in partnership with community congregate settings including LTC partners retirement homes and others (e.g. group homes supportive housing and shelters).
