Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with expertise in Estate Administration Our client a wellestablished fullservice law firm seeks a dedicated and detailoriented professional to join their growing team. With a tradition of excellence since 1984 the firm serves Stony Plain Spruce Grove Parkland County Edmonton St. Albert Whitecourt Woodlands County and surrounding communities. About the Role

As a Legal Assistant specializing in Estate Administration you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients through sensitive and complex processes. You’ll be part of a collaborative and clientfocused team ensuring the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities Estate Administration:

  • File intake and opening
  • Assisting clients by gathering necessary information
  • Preparing probate and estate administration documents
  • Managing correspondence with financial institutions and government offices (e.g. Public Guardian and Trustee)
  • Administrative Support includes but not limited to the following:
  • Conducting searches at the Corporate Registry and Land Titles
  • Scheduling and assisting with client meetings
  • Handling phone calls emails and general inquiries
  • Performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role you’ll need the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with estate assembly programs (an asset)
  • Experience with Esilaw 360 (preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Pay: $60000.00$70000.00 per year
