Were a small but ambitious team on the lookout for a freelance Laravel developer whos excited to join us as we build out practical impactful B2B applications. This is a freelance projectbased role and were looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Youll be part of a friendly laidback environmentthis is a work hard play hard kind of team where everyones voice matters.

What Youll Do:

Work on small to mediumscale Laravel applications endtoend with opportunities to shape core architecture.

Build and maintain CRUD functionalityyoull have total ownership over how our applications handle creating updating deleting and managing data.

Work with Filament Tailwind CSS Alpine.js and core Laravel features for fullstack development. This role spans both backend and frontend needs so flexibility with these tools is essential.

Manage and integrate various thirdparty APIs to bring in needed functionalities and connect with other systems.

Set up and maintain databases ensuring that data structures are optimized and secure.

Take care of server configuration and management: youll handle deploying and monitoring applications and troubleshoot serverrelated issues.

Implement best practices in data security and customer privacy to meet industry standards and regulations.

Participate in code reviews helping to ensure clean scalable and maintainable code.

Document and standardize workflows to improve the development process as we scale.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

We need a developer whos motivated flexible and eager to grow in this role. Specific skills and experience were looking for include:

• Laravel mastery with a deep understanding of its architecture and tools.
• CRUD design: solid skills in building and maintaining create update delete workflows.
• Experience with Filament: familiarity with Filament for custom admin dashboards and resource management.
• Tailwind CSS expertise for building modern responsive UIs.
• Alpine.js knowledge for adding interactivity to Laravel applications.
• Familiarity with Blade templates and Laravels templating system.
• Strong understanding of database design and SQL optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage and deploy applications on servers: comfortable with DigitalOcean AWS or similar.
• Solid grounding in data security best practices especially in a B2B context.
• Ability to configure database backups and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in API design and integration: REST and thirdparty API integration experience.
• Basic DevOps skills for setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to write clear maintainable and welldocumented code.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PHPUnit and basic testdriven development principles.
• Version control proficiency with Git.
• Ability to build reusable modular components and packages.
• Strong communication skillsability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Eager to learn and experiment with new tools libraries and frameworks.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• An understanding of usercentered design principles.
• Experience with businesstobusiness applications is preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with a focus on delivering highquality work on time.
