Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee Operational Specialist to join our Sourcing team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and track employee workload data ensuring that information is accurately entered into the internal timetracking system.
- Make necessary updates or changes to the timetracking system as required.
- Prepare and generate detailed reports on employees workloads and timesheets.
- Perform various analytical tasks related to workload resource allocation and project performance
- Prepare and update professional profiles of engineers capturing their skills experience and project history.
- Assist with resource management and allocation to ensure the team is appropriately staffed across projects.
- Work closely with Sourcing Managers and Project Managers to ensure the timely and accurate collection of workload data and the smooth operation of resource planning.
Qualifications :
- Analytical mindset critical thinking accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage data generate reports and perform basic analytical tasks.
- Good knowledge of Excel (functions queries pivots).
- Good communication skills particularly when working with different departments (Finance Project Management etc.).
- Technical Finance or Economics education.
- Intermediate or above English proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of database fundamentals SQL.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI Tableau QlikView etc.).
