Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee crossfunctional initiatives with strong customerfacing skills exceptional task management good experience in resource handling and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and effective manner addressing inquiries concerns and feedback with clear and concise communication.
- Manage tasks and assignments by prioritizing workloads setting objectives and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to work displaying a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Pay meticulous attention to details in all aspects of work from communication to documentation maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Leverage Genesys exposure to contribute insights and solutions to customer engagement strategies optimizing client interactions.
- Collaborate within Scrum teams actively participating in Agile ceremonies and utilizing expertise to accurately measure story points and velocity for effective sprint planning.
- Create and present comprehensive weekly reports to stakeholders summarizing project progress key metrics and accomplishments facilitating informed decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience in effectively interacting with customers and clients. Proficiency in written communication with impeccable spelling and grammar ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
- Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently prioritize work and meet deadlines consistently
- Exhibit a proactive and resultsoriented approach to work displaying a strong sense of urgency in addressing tasks and challenges as they arise.
- Possess a meticulous eye for detail ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work documentation and communication.
