Job Description
We are looking for an experienced housekeeper for our clients a busy family of five (two adults and three children aged 14 12 and 9) living in a spacious 5storey home (approximately 3500 sq ft) in Islington. The family is seeking for a professional proactive and reliable housekeeper to help manage the household working alongside our existing parttime cleaner who works 2.5 days per week.
Total hours and days can be adjusted for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Household Cleaning: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation across all five floors of the property. This includes vacuuming dusting laundry and ironing as needed.
Cooking: Prepare and cook family dinners on working days will be a plus.
Tidying and Organisation: Ensure the home remains tidy and wellorganised especially in family living areas.
Pet Care: Assist with light care for the family dog such as occasional feeding or letting the dog out.
Flexibility: Be willing to adapt tasks to the family s needs including occasional errands or assisting with family routines.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a housekeeper in a private household.
Good cooking skills wil be a bonus.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach to work.
Comfortable working around children and a dog.
Flexibility to adapt to the household s schedule and needs.
Right to work in the UK and references from previous employers.
