Job Description
Job Summary
The General Maintenance Worker performs operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems plumbing drywall repair and painting office moves and shift coverage when needed.
Shift: 3rd shift 11pm to 7:30am MF
Shift week starts on Sunday evening and ends on Friday morning
Key Job Functions
- Maintain Replaces light fixtures motors using joint compound to patch holes and cracks in walls and ceilings
- Repairs or replaces sink faucets water coolers toilets urinals paints structures and equipment
- Repairs or replaces stone pavers/steps hangs doors and installs door locks and replaces broken window cranks
- Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery as required
- Changes lights performs drain maintenance
- Performs housekeeping of mechanical spaces and rooms
- Moves furniture and equipment
- Helps with event set ups and assists other trades workers as needed
