Job Description
This is a spare board or open board position working Monday Friday providing pickup and delivery service to our customer base across the Cambridge terminal service grid.
You will be required to cover short and longterm medical absences including sick calls and planned vacations. Dayshift will be a 67 am start time however you will also be required to cover evening positions in the same capacity for planned absences. Evening positions are primarily linehaul runs between terminals and dedicated customer runs whereas daytime city work is a pickup and delivery service.
Experience in the city is required for the successful candidate.
Qualifications :
- Able to multitask in a fastpaced
- Must be hardworking and customerorientated
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Electric Pallet jack qualified (will train)
- Comfortable with computers (ELD Isaac)
- Comfortable with working alone with minimal direction or contact
- Valid AZ Drivers Licence
- Clean Criminal record
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- TDG Certification (will train)
- Able to accept change midstream
- Punctual reliable problem solver driven and able to work independently
