Job Description
Join our team as a Project Architect specializing in K14 education projects. Were seeking motivated individuals with 8 12 years of experience who thrive on challenges and excel in communication. As a successful candidate youll be involved in all project phases collaborating with design team consultants contractors and clients. Youll contribute to brainstorming sessions produce construction documents and see your ideas implemented. Role accountabilities:
- Comfortable working as a Project Architect
- Initiates coordinates and manages the documentation process in Revit &/or CAD for K14projects
- Ensures the technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable codes and standards
- Perform analytical tasks
- Initiates and manages documentation standards
- Collaborates with the design team to develop constructible solutions
- Collaborates and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in architecture
- 10 years of Architecture Experience
- 5 years experience as a Project Architect for K14 education work
- Experience on agency reviews such as DSA local jurisdictions etc.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT Enscape
- Licensed Architect preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organized detailoriented and selfstarter
