Job Description
We specialize in selling to projects in the Water and Wastewater treatment sector. This comprehensive program is designed to provide you with a 360degree view of our business operations equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a future leader in our organization.
- Progress through a structured 5phase program gaining handson experience in various aspects of our business operations
- Learn and contribute to key areas including warehouse logistics operations sales project management and account management
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects
- Participate in customer service activities and help manage client relationships
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
- Support the creation and maintenance of reports and presentations for management
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
- Contribute to the companys innovation efforts by sharing fresh perspectives and ideas
Qualifications :
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business Marketing or Engineering
- Naturally extroverted and persuasive
- Experience and affinity to sales would be considered a strong asset
- Technically minded
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset and a passion for learning
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities across different business functions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Basic understanding of business operations and strategy concepts
- Customerfocused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Demonstrated leadership potential and enthusiasm for personal growth
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
