Job Description

Nous sommes actuellement la recherche dun Chef DEquipe pour notre client

Responsabilits: 

  • agir titre de point de contact pour le superviseur rgional et le responsable rgional du client;
  • grer le flux des oprations quotidiennes;
  • appliquer les politiques et les procdures ainsi que comprendre toutes les responsabilits lgales lies ce rle ainsi que toutes les lois connexes en matire demploi et de scurit;
  • se conformer aux rglements de scurit cibler les besoins de formation en matire de scurit effectuer des valuations initiales de la scurit et des dangers et participer aux enqutes sur les accidents;
  • coordonner le plan dentretien prventif et le plan dentretien correctif ainsi que les projets spciaux;
  • sassurer que lquipe opre de faon scuritaire et en douceur;
  • motiver les membres de lquipe atteindre leurs objectifs;
  • valuer la qualit du travail des membres de lquipe;
  • mentorer des apprentis (techniciens en lectronique de lentrepreneur);
  • crer des rapports pour tenir informer le superviseur rgional de lentrepreneur et le responsable rgional;
  • suivre une formation en cours demploi (FCE) dans les douze mois compter de la date de dbut de la ressource.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as pointsofcontact with the Regional Supervisor and the clients Regional Authority;
  • Manage the flow of daytoday operations;
  • Apply all policies and procedures and understand all legal liabilities of this role and any related occupational and safety laws;
  • Comply with safety regulations identify needs for safety training complete initial safety and hazard assessments and participate in accident investigations;
  • Coordinate the Preventive Maintenance Plan and Corrective Maintenance Plan and special projects;
  • Ensure that the team operates safely and smoothly;
  • Provide motivation for team members to meet their goals;
  • Evaluate quality of work of team members;
  • Mentor apprentices (Electronic Technicians); and
  • Create reports to update the Contractor Regional Supervisor and Regional Authority.

Complete the On Job Training (OJT) within twelve months of Resources start date.


Qualifications :

Exigences (exprience/comptences/homologation) :

  • Devoir fournir des certificats qui prouvent que chaque ressource propose est diplme dun tablissement postsecondaire reconnu dans un programme de technologie et avoir obtenu un certificat ou un diplme dans au moins un des domaines suivants ou un domaine quivalent approuv:

        • Systme de sonorisation PIDS (PIDS PA)
        • Tlvision en circuit ferm PIDS (CCTV)
      • Systme dannonce des alarmes de linstallation (FAAS)
      • Systme dalarme portable personnel (PPA)
      • Systme dalarme portable personnel localisable (PPAL)
      • Alarmes de points fixes (FPA)
      • Dtections de drones
      • Systme supplmentaire de dtection dintrusion (SIDS) CCTV
      • Tlvision en circuit ferm (CCTV) gnrale
    • Les systmes de communication tels que:
      • Systme radio
      • Systme tlphonique
      • Systme de sonorisation (PA)
      • Systme dinterphone
      • Systme de messagerie
      • Enregistreur vocal oprationnel

  • Vous devez avoir au moins deux ans dexprience au cours des cinq dernires annes dans la gestion dune quipe dau moins deux personnes directement rattaches.
  • Dmontrer une connaissance des ordinateurs commerciaux et personnels et de leurs priphriques.
  • Dmontrer une rflexion conceptuelle claire sur des situations techniques complexes en tant capable dliminer les renseignements superflus de dvelopper une pense large et critique de dcomposer un projet en lments grables de prendre une dcision dexcuter une solution de formuler un plan daction efficace davoir une pense logique de mener plusieurs tches de front et dtablir des priorits.
  • Matrise avre de la suite de produits Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook et Power Point).
  • Dmontre des comptences analytiques (communication crativit rflexion critique analyse des donnes et recherche) pour valuer les rsultats par rapport aux objectifs.
  • Comptences interpersonnelles dmontres pour rsoudre les problmes et interagir efficacement avec le site du client.
  • Ce rle exige que tous les candidats dtiennent actuellement ou soient admissibles une autorisation du gouvernement fdral au niveau de fiabilit amliore (niveau 1).

Autres exigences :

  • Le chef dquipe doit tre capable de communiquer clairement ses ides ce qui ncessite de bonnes comptences interpersonnelles afin de rsoudre les problmes et dinteragir efficacement avec le site du client.
  • CompTIA A et Network (Doit tre achev dans les 6 mois suivant la date de dbut).
  • Les dcisions ncessitent une rflexion conceptuelle claire sur des situations techniques complexes ; il faut demander conseil en cas dincertitude.
  • Les certifications en travail en hauteur (antichute) en premiers soins en espace clos et en SIMDUT sont considres comme des atouts.
  • Le franais est essentiel le bilinguisme est un atout.

Mandatory:

  • A minimum of a college degree from a recognized postsecondary institution in one of the following fields:
    • Industrial Technician

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the last 10 years maintaining at least 10 of the systems and/or subsystems (must include Type of Electronic Equipment and System Maintained Manufacturer and Model) listed below:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in the past 5 years managing a team of at least two persons directly reporting to you.
  • Demonstrated experience working with commercial and personal computers and their peripherals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in basic computer operation hardware (motherboard RAM hard drive CPU cabling server NIC) and their peripherals (input/output devices) (printer monitor speaker alarm devices etc.)
  • Experience demonstrating clear conceptual thinking of complex technical situations by being able to ignore extraneous information have broad and critical thinking break down a project into manageable pieces make a decision execute a solution formulate an effective course of action have logical thinking be able to multitasking and prioritization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word Excel Outlook and Power Point).
  • Demonstrates the analytical skills (communication creativity critical thinking data analysis and research) to evaluate results against objective.
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal skills to solve problems and interact with the Client Site effectively.
  • This role requires any candidates to currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Federal Government clearance at the enhanced reliability (level 1).

Other Requirements:

  • The Team Lead must be able to communicate his/her ideas clearly and this requires good interpersonal skills in order to problem solve and interact at the client site effectively.
  • CompTIA A and Network an asset. (Must complete within 6 months from start date)
  • Decisions require clear conceptual thinking of complex technical situations; advice must be sought if uncertainty exists.
  • Working at heights (Fall Arrest) First Aid Confined Space and WHMIS certifications are considered assets.
  • French essential bilingualism an asset.
