Job Description

Responsibilities & Qualifications 

  • Develop and execute innovative retail sales strategies in alignment with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Merchandisers Buying Digital Marketing & Customer Service departments to integrate retail sales goals with companywide growth plans. 
  • Report & partner with the CEO to communicate regionspecific needs and shape the broader business strategy. 
  • Lead mentor and inspire District Managers & Store managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and keep in store teams energized and aligned with key objectives.  
  • In collaboration with the regional trainer drive a culture of highperformance sales by coaching teams on effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies.  
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs)  to assess store performance and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Recruit train and mentor top talent in sales channels. 
  • Foster a culture of respect inclusivity and open communication ensuring the wellbeing of all retail team members. 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies industry standards and health & safety regulations. 

Qualifications :

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in senior retail leadership ideally as a Head of Retail Sales and Operations or equivalent. 
  • Bachelors degree in business Retail Management or related field. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills focused on sales performance. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English). 
  • Understanding of retail operations sales strategies merchandising and customer service principles. 
  • Proficiency with retail and POS software. 
  • Analytical mindset with datadriven decisionmaking ability. 
  • Agile and resilient in a fastpaced environment.
