Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop and execute innovative retail sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Merchandisers Buying Digital Marketing & Customer Service departments to integrate retail sales goals with companywide growth plans.
- Report & partner with the CEO to communicate regionspecific needs and shape the broader business strategy.
- Lead mentor and inspire District Managers & Store managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and keep in store teams energized and aligned with key objectives.
- In collaboration with the regional trainer drive a culture of highperformance sales by coaching teams on effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit train and mentor top talent in sales channels.
- Foster a culture of respect inclusivity and open communication ensuring the wellbeing of all retail team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies industry standards and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior retail leadership ideally as a Head of Retail Sales and Operations or equivalent.
- Bachelors degree in business Retail Management or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills focused on sales performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
- Understanding of retail operations sales strategies merchandising and customer service principles.
- Proficiency with retail and POS software.
- Analytical mindset with datadriven decisionmaking ability.
- Agile and resilient in a fastpaced environment.
