About the Team:
Located in the heart of Old Montreal our SSENSE Montreal boutique spans five floors offering a curated selection of highend products combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Our appointmentbased concept allows us to provide each customer with a personalized shopping experience guided by our personal stylists. About the Position:
The General Manager will oversee the full spectrum of the boutique sales and operations while leading the team to achieve store business objectives. This role is responsible for delivering financial targets and other key business metrics.
The person will collaborate closely with crossfunctional stakeholders across Technology Operations Real Estate Marketing and Customer Care to address daytoday operational challenges resolve deficiencies and ensure seamless processes that drive customer engagement operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications :
How To Excel In This Role:
A minimum of 5 to 7 years store management experience in a high volume clienteling environment and retail operations;
Excellent knowledge of the labels carried by SSENSE including creative direction history and technical garment information;
French is required as it is the language in Quebec province;
Ability to lift heavy boxes (15kg);
Hours/days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business.
