What your day might look like:
- Develop and update training modules for the procurement function ensuring they are comprehensive and up to date.
- Revise and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with different P&L departments within procurement to gain insights and incorporate specific needs into training materials.
- Analyse various procurementrelated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to aid in decisionmaking processes.
- Participate in meetings and workshops presenting updates and receiving feedback on ongoing projects.
Schedule: 5 days a week (MondayFriday) with a hybrid work schedule (2 days inoffice 3 days workfromhome)

Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Business Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in procurement logistics or operations management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
Bonus Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) for data analysis document creation and effective presentations
Familiarity with any procurement software or tools is a plus - Enthusiasm for learning new skills and taking on challenges
