The Learning & Development (L&D) department at Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning that drives business impact enhances team performance and facilitates individual growth. As our L&D Intern youll be immersed in delivering highquality learning programs to a diverse corporate audience. This role requires excellent organization skills comfort with public speaking and the ability to engage audiences both virtually and inperson.
Key Responsibilities:
Support New Hire Orientation programs
Manage logistics for learning sessions
Produce virtual training sessions via Google Meet
Assist in developing learning programs for soft skills and leadership
Create training manuals guides and course materials
Curate thirdparty training materials
Evaluate program effectiveness through various methods
Stay current with L&D industry trends
Support elearning creation and LMS administration
