Job Description

What You Will Be Doing
As an HR Generalist Intern you will support the Human Resources team in daytoday operations gaining handson experience in various HR activities working in a fastpaced collaborative and global environment.


Key Functions/Responsibilities

  • Gain handson experience in HR administration (collaborate with the payroll provider to ensure proper payroll and salary processing support the time and attendance process...)
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics
  • Support our talent acquisition efforts by assisting the recruitment processes (job posting resume screening interviews...)
  • Help shape employee experiences by assisting the onboarding process for new hires and addressing employee inquiries
  • Contribute to building an inclusive workplace with the opportunity to support our diversity and inclusion network
  • Participate in special projects when needed

Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • We welcome masters graduates from all disciplines who share a genuine passion and interest for Human Resources.
  • Ability to write and speak in both English and Italian
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A creative mindset and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
