In a context of Cloud & Digital transformation Veolia Water Technologies is one the most advanced French companies in Cloud transformation.
We engaged in 2014 a full migration of our IT infrastructure to the public cloud. In 2021 we reached a nearly full Cloud application landscape and now working on the next transformation step by transforming application & business. Our Cloud providers are Amazon Web Services Google Cloud Platform and SaaS providers as Salesforce.
The LATIS Program is a worldwide corporate initiative based on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP which intends to:
This program is one of the largest implementations in France.
In 2020 we completed a Cloud migration to AWS with an upgrade to version 9.2. We are currently working hard to implement an efficient code current strategy.
Our ERP is deployed worldwide in 44 countries all continents representing 4500 users and using following domains (more or less customized):
Finance
Sales & Logistics (Distribution)
Job Cost NonStock Procurement & Time
Manufacturing Inventory Stock Procurement
Service (even if moving to Servicemax)
We have a large scope of interfaces some are more integrated using Web Services than others.
You will join 100 persons at the HQ IS&T department strongly working with the offshoring model. You will belong to the ERP & Satellites team composed of 15 people. All our actions target LATIS availability & performance to support the business. We are all (CNC Development Functionals) working strongly together to keep our ERP on top.
You will report to the ERP Solution Functional manager. You will be responsible for assisting the ERP Functional Manager by being referent on the Veolia Water Technologies ERP Core Model based on JD Edwards.
As an Expert you will contribute to its correct implementation/evolution and ensure the Level 3 support role in close coordination with the outsourced AMSLevel 2 (Application Maintenance Services) functional process owners from other domains as well as business process owners.
LATIS being more and more digitized and integrated with other third party tools the position requires interactions with other IT teams such as the Digital one and Performance one. Digitalization and Integration topics are a few of the strategic ongoing topics.
As a LATIS Functional Process Owner Manufacturing your main tasks will be :

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT
COORDINATION WITH BUSINESS USER COMMUNITY
Core mission Ensure LATIS consistency with Business process evolution
CROSS TOPICS & OTHERS
Qualifications :
You have a 10 years experience in ERP JD Edwards implementation or deployment projects (end customer or consulting firm)
You have deep knowledge & practice of Supply Chain functional processes
Your area of expertise is JD Edwards Manufacturing suite (standard set up framework)
You have excellent communication organizational and analytical/synthesis skills
You have project management skills
You are curious proactive rigorous with an aptitude to work on cross domains (crucial for ERP integrated topics)
You are Service oriented committed towards BUs with an aptitude to work in an international and multiactor environment
You are patient pedagogue and have a team spirit
Your English is fluent written and spoken (daily interactions are in English)
