Job Description
As a rapidly growing startup with expanding operations across multiple countries we are seeking to recruit a VIE specializing in Finance to support our financial management and business control needs such as:
1. Followup of our monthly operational / financial closing files (improvements automations)
2. Cash forecast automation
3. HR costs reconciliation (bonus mobility budget cafeteria plan social costs etc..)
4. Improvement of Actual vs BDG P&L & KPIs followup
5. Intercompany transactions standardization for closings
6. Standardization continuous improvement budget / forecast file
7. Link with sales to standardize shared information (customer numbers / figures / contracts)
By recruiting a VIE in Finance we aim to strengthen our financial management capabilities support our international growth and lay the foundation for sustainable financial practices as we continue to expand our business globally.
Qualifications :
Educational background: Master in Finance / Economy / Grande Ecole
Previous experience: First experience/ Internships in finance or controlling appreciated
Skills: Willingness to learn / flexibility / openminded / proactive / communicative / rigorous
Languages: Intermediate english as minimum
As a plus: Experience in Bigquery (SQL)
