Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: M&A Associate
Sector: Industry
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 36 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: remote
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- PreMerger Contract Analysis and PostMerger Integration of Contracts ensure alignment with the new corporate structure and renegotiate or amend agreements as necessary
- Oversee the M&A dataroom ensure proper organization confidentiality and timely updates of all relevant legal documents
- Advise on legal risks related to contracts during pre and postmerger stages and analyze potential liabilities
- Assist in structuring deals and manage contractrelated aspects of the M&A transaction
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- 3 years PQE with a legal background in M&A
