Tasks
- Client Acquisition: Focus on paid ads referral program and other leadgeneration strategies to ensure measurable results in acquiring new clients.
- Client Retention: Focus on lifecycle marketing and retention strategies such as membership plans email nurturing and reengagement campaigns.
- GotoMarket Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns to launch new services and target specific customer segments.
- Crossfunctional impact: Experiment with new channels gather insights improve positioning support sales reps optimize the customer journey and provide feedback for improving products and services.
Requirements
Primary (must)
- 13 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Background in managing PPC campaigns inc. experimentation and scaling.
- Previous experience in building products and executing their gotomarket campaigns.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a growth/marketing/product team.
- Experience working with the brands positioning and messaging.
- High level of autonomy.
Secondary (will be a bonus)
- Experience in launching inbound/outbound sales campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Experience in managing landing page development.
- Experience with business development affiliate partnerships scaling referral programs or working with microinfluencers is greatly welcomed.
