Job Description

We are seeking a toplevel executive to lead our sales strategy and shape the future of our business. This is not just a sales roleits a strategic leadership position that involves engaging with senior executives driving highimpact initiatives and building a roadmap for sustainable growth.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute the companys sales strategy identifying innovative ways to expand into new markets and strengthen our position in existing ones
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities building trustbased relationships with key decisionmakers at the CLevel
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations by analyzing market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities
  • Engage directly with top executives to propose tailored solutions addressing their critical business challenges
  • Deliver compelling presentations negotiate contracts and craft strategies that resonate with highlevel stakeholders

Requirements

  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of shaping and implementing highlevel sales strategies
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT sales/account management preferably in Enterprise Software or a similar field
  • Exceptional ability to communicate negotiate and influence senior executives at the highest levels
  • Fluent in English and Czech (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the drive to achieve ambitious targets
  • Willingness to travel across the EU to forge and strengthen key relationships
