Preparation of TechnoCommercial Proposals for water & waste water treatment plants (including ZLD) with a responsibility of managing and coordinating with discipline engineers including mechanical electrical process and controls engineers during the Proposal / Bid Engineering phase.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :
Perform as the Proposal Manager to plan and formulate Bid Engineering Deliverables & Costing for water & waste water projects
Ability to review Tender specifications Engineering design standards Proposal Playbook EHS Export Control safety and customer contract requirements and come up with right process and product.
Able to develop Process Description Process Calculations PFD HFD PID Layouts load list Instrument list civil inputs drawings for complex water & waste water treatment projects.
Sound working knowledge on Design tools like UF/RO/Ion Exchange Projections and other tools.
Able to develop Capex Opex O&M ROI calculations to optimize the Process and cost
Able to interface with customers technical representatives
Knowledge on Design tools International codes and standards ASME DIN EN IS BS AS etc.
Knowledge on Materials / Metallurgy on metallic and nonmetallic Pumps valves Equipments pipes and fittings
Knowledge on Electrical Instrumentation and control systems applicable for water and waste water Schemes and Products.
Working knowledge on ACAD / Office tools
Assist local / global Proposal Engineers / Sales team for the Bid Engineering deliverables.
Key Skills required (must have)
Minimum of 5 years of Proposal / Tender Engineering experience and 10 years of engineering experience preferably in the water / waste water treatment industry
Should have experience in working on complex Tenders with multidisciplinary scope.
Should be familiar on design concepts for Water & Waste Water Treatment processes such as Clarification filtration UF RO MBR Thermal ZLD Ion Exchange etc
Experience / Exposure to Regional / International projects related to water and waste water.
Demonstrated leadership style showing capabilities to accelerate change work in a rapidly changing environment and operate independently to deliver business results.
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
Ability to occasionally travel regionally and internationally.
Qualifications :
Bachelors in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
