Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic (and commercial a plus) cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Cleaning Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients properties are clean safe and welcoming for all occupants.
Please note: applicant must have a car and full driving license to get to different jobs.
This role is based in Daventry and in the surrounding villages usually within 15 mins drive. Ideally you can work part time ( 23 days) to start with as we build up work quite quickly to an agreed level of 45 days a week or flextime based on your preferences.
Possible start immediately or January.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of client properties including kitchens bathrooms living rooms and bedrooms.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and hygiene.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting bending or standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is an advantage.
