Who Were Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in HR recruitment sales marketing or business development.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency with social media platforms like Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent and professional phone and Zoom communication skills.
- Marketing Knowledge: While experience in digital marketing is a plus its not a deal breaker.
Your Responsibilities:
- Attend and contribute to weekly training sessions via Zoom.
- Implement diverse marketing strategies across social platforms (training provided).
- Generate leads and grow your network through social media.
- Conduct interviews and manage the process with provided scripts and guidance.
- Host Q&A sessions and follow up with applicants.
- Mentor and support new clients on their development journey.
- Build your personal brand and enhance your online presence through various marketing methods.
