Job Opening: MIS Executive
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled MIS Executive to join our team at an Association representing the manpower outsourcing industry in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and cleaning databases across various platforms reporting data to seniors conducting online research for data validation and managing company presentations and website updates. This individual performance role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in database management and reach out campaigns along with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and cleaning databases across platforms such as Zoho Google WhatsApp and Excel
- Reporting data to seniors in proper weekly/daily formats and monitoring data usage
- Conducting online research for data validation
- Following up with members for data validation
- Managing CRM data and campaigns
- Creating and managing company presentations using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
- Updating website data
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in database management and reach out campaigns
- Comfortable with calling for data collection/verification
- Strong online research skills
- Proficiency in creating presentations
- Excellent followup and persuasion skills

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Identifying industry trends. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
