Job Description
Location: Various locations across Saskatchewan
The Education/Training Specialist designs and delivers educational programs and training sessions to support the organization s goals. This role involves creating learning materials evaluating program effectiveness and fostering skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions workshops and presentations for staff volunteers or community members.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in education and training.
- Collaborate with program staff to integrate training into organizational activities.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in education training or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or instructional design.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in elearning platforms and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
