Job Description
Job Role: Training Manager Premier Agency Channel
CTC: upto 9L (Include 10% of Bonus)
Vacancy : 1 nos
Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor new distributors and new entrants in the organization
- Develop consultant trainers to manage licensing of Life Advisors
- Conduct product trainings for the existing distributors to enable quality sales
- Support Digital enablement of distribution
- Support in creating consistent distribution for the branch
- Retention of new quality creation
Requirements
Premier Agency is upgraded version of APC ( Agency Partner Channel ).
Bangalore : They have 13 branches which needs to be handled. Not required for daily travelling. Travel within Bangalore when needed. Female preferred if not male is also ok
Age: upto 35
Years of experience : Minimum 5 yrs
Preference: Insurance trainer any trainer Sales

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Graduate in any discipline At least 5 - 6 years in sales and 4 - 5 years in conducting sales training At least 12 months experience as Sales Development Manager. Competence in knowledge about products, processes etc. and training skills To handle AP, Telengana and Karnataka
