Consultant Acquisition Manager

As our Consultant Acquisition Manager youll drive strategies that ensure our consultant partnerships meet business needs seamlessly. Your mission will be: 

• Design and lead strategies for sourcing onboarding managing and developing external consultants ensuring seamless alignment with business goals. 
• Drive the implementation and optimization of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to enhance operational efficiency. 
• Foster strong relationships across a matrixed environment collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
• Establish worldclass processes while mentoring and empowering a highperforming team. 
• Deliver exceptional consultant experiences that reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence. 
• Ensure consultant acquisition strategies comply with organizational policies and industry standards. 

Qualifications :

We are looking for people with 

• Rich experience leading teams in the consultant acquisition or procurement space. 
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce needs with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.  
• Deep knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) ideally having led system implementation. 
• Strong project management skills and a drive to solve complex problems. 
• High experience working in highly matrixed environments with large networks of stakeholders. 
• Worldclass people leadership skills and love developing others. 
• Strong dedication to creating an exceptional candidate experience.
• Graduate or post graduate degree in any discipline.
