Job Description
- Respond and resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to the complete satisfaction of customers.
- Ensure customer support for all the bank related documents for home loans processing.
- Coordinate with customers for registration of ATS and Sale Deed.
- Payment/Collections followup.
- Interdepartmental coordination.
- Site visits for the respective project to assess progress from customers perspective.
- Ensure customers units are handed over to their satisfaction & as per SOP which includes snagging & desnagging process.
- Prepare reports like ageing query analysis etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for any customer related touch points and landscaping requirements.
- Prepare and follow up for the indents and POs of the respective vendors related touch points and landscaping requirements.
