Profile: Sales Engineer
Job Title: Sales Engineer Water Treatment Plants (ETP WTP RO STP)
Experience: 01 to 03 years
Roles:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Sales Engineer specializing in Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in sales and project management within the water treatment industry.
This role involves driving sales growth managing project execution and ensuring the successful delivery of treatment plant projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ETP STP and WTP projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients consultants and industry partners.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Plan coordinate and oversee the execution of ETP STP and WTP projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines resources and budgets.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule within scope and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding ETP STP and WTP solutions.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements and project feasibility.
Prepare detailed technical specifications drawings and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during project execution.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards regulations and environmental guidelines.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities project status and financial performance.
Maintain detailed records of project activities communications and documentation.
Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices for sales and project execution.
Critical Competencies:
Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Excellent project management skills including planning coordination and execution.
Strong technical and problemsolving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in computer use including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Willingness to travel independently within and outside Gujarat to WTP/STP sites for data collection customer meetings plant audits and offer submissions.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Civil Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related field.
1 year of experience in sales and project execution within the water treatment industry specifically with ETP STP and WTP projects.
