Role Summary:
Are you a relationship builder with a passion for solving problems and delivering results As an Inside Sales Representative youll play a pivotal role in supporting customers identifying opportunities and driving sales growth. Working closely with the outside sales and business development teams youll be a key player in building lasting partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing needs processing orders and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Support sales growth by engaging with existing customers and developing new prospects while collaborating with outside sales representatives to expand territory opportunities.
  • Identify additional product and service needs to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Engage in technical discussions with customers to recommend solutions that address their challenges effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions leveraging technology and tools to stay organized and efficient.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment solving problems and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience ideally within the distribution or industrial sectors.
    • Strong understanding of technical sales and the ability to learn and apply industryspecific knowledge quickly.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport.
    • Highly effective organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
    • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
