Job Description
Ensure that the Group policy and standard for Demand Planning & Inventory Management (including the Group SKU classification standards) is understood and enforced at the Region / Unit. Ensure that the demand and supply for inventory (be they Drugs Medical Supplies or General Supplies) are balanced and properly planned & coordinated so that target Days of Inventory (DIO) stockout internal consumption and stock count are achieved. Ensure that peers at Unit are trained according to the SCM capability development program.
Ensure compliance to Group Demand Planning & Inventory Management SOPs. Develop Unit SOPs where necessary.
Classify Unit SKU according to Group standards
Analyse SKU historical consumption & purchase
Review & maintain Min/Max levels for all Inventory (Drugs Medical & General Supplies) on quarterly / monthly basis
Perform Demand Planning & Forecasting on weekly basis
Conduct weekly planning sessions; Manage supply & demand (suppliers procurement end users)
Continuously improve SKUs and formulary
Plan & implement SCM capability development program
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree from Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Health Administration or any related major
Have minimum 1 2 years work experience in Demand Planning & Sourcing in Indonesia landscape
Understanding of inventory management principles techniques and best practices.
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g. ERP systems inventory control systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Ability to analyze inventory data forecast demand and make datadriven decisions.
