Job Description
Join our innovative virtual care team where you will be providing initial mental health assessments triage and support to individuals through a cuttingedge fully virtual service. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking new model of care enabling timely interventions for mental health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive appropriate highquality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual mental health assessments prioritize cases based on urgency and ensure timely interventions.
- Coordinate with a range of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for clients.
- Provide emotional support mental health education and resources during the triage process.
- Refer clients to appropriate mental health services such as psychologists social workers or community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records and contribute to reporting and evaluation processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in nursing and current AHPRA registration. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mental health nursing with a strong background in intake triage or crisis intervention.
- Skills: Proficiency in virtual care delivery telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
