Event Car Management
The event car drivers represent Red Bull towards the consumers during their travels and activities and are absolutely reliable (loyalty safety integrity no drugs alcohol etc.)
The event car drivers are responsible for keeping the vehicle in top operational condition under all terms of safety and efficiency assuring 100 % reliability no breakdowns of the vehicle and a perfect brand appearance (yearly servicing cleaning top quality etc.).
They know everything about their Red Bull event cars in particular:
Size/weight of the car
Limits of the car (especially when offroading)
Power of the sound
Maximum power capacity of the power unit
How the hydraulic system works (roof screens)
Basic of electricity knowhow
The event car drivers hit the road as much as they can detecting every opportunity in their region finding locations and occasions where to bring the Red Bull event car. Ideally every Red Bull event car has to hit the road 180 days per year as minimum.
The event car drivers drive and set the vehicle the equipment and its interior up/down they are able to entertain with background music (DJ/MC skills are appreciated but not mandatory) and showing moving images from the Red Bull world. They brief event organizers/DJs/ speakers about the usage and possibilities of the vehicle and its equipment by steadily adding fresh ideas and unique solutions.
They are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for the smooth usage of the vehicle during all its activities.
They are responsible for having enough chilled products (Red Bull cans) and uptodate marketing tools (moving images event flyers sampling leaflets sports brochures etc.) on board of the Red Bull event car.
The event car drivers set up a fitting network among Red Bull internal (all marketing and sales departments) and external (mechanics equipment specialists artists DJs etc.) contacts for a very high flexibility in usage of the Red Bull event car and for new and fresh project ideas (drivers of innovation!). The event car drivers administrate the usage of the Red Bull event car and they are in constant contact with the sport culture consumer collection and onpremise team assuring everydayusage in events sampling and
onpremise activities by reducing the non usage days.
The event car drivers are responsible for uploading event vehicle news on SportsNet
They are responsible to run the social media account of the vehicle
The event car drivers have the chance to create opportunities bringing in new ideas and expanding the event car program in their region. The drivers have to plan ahead important activities but at the same time they have to be able to perform spontaneous activities where the consumers and the locals are!
Planning activities:
a. Strategic planning of Red Bull event car scheduling in particular organizing and managing the calendar.
b. Strategic planning of a huge variety of events (it is fundamental the Red Bull event
cars dont go to the same places and dont support only the same people/scenes/ activities over and over again)
c. Strategic planning of athlete projects/ activities from the proper country or visiting that area.
Qualifications :
High school graduate or student with technical working experience with cars and/or audio/video/ electronic equipment interested in sports music and culture.
Technical knowhow of audio/video/electronic equipment
DJ and MC experience
Social media knowledge
Ability to communicate with all the people involved in the Red Bull event vehicle activities (Event organizers DJs mechanics etc.).
Ability to come up with creative ideas and projects related to the event vehicle.
