Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment cum Sales Executive

Location: Riyadh KSA
Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Recruitment cum Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh KSA within the Recruitment & Outsourcing industry. This role combines the responsibilities of recruitment and sales requiring the candidate to source attract and recruit top talent while also generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driving license excellent interpersonal skills a strong sales mindset and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Duties:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

    • Identify attract and recruit candidates for open positions across various levels.
    • Post job advertisements and source candidates through job boards social media platforms and recruitment agencies.
    • Conduct prescreening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews reference checks and onboarding processes.
  2. Candidate Management:

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates.
    • Manage candidate databases ensuring accurate and updated records.
    • Provide candidates with feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Work closely with internal HR teams to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

Sales Duties:

  1. Client Acquisition:

    • Identify potential business opportunities by researching and prospecting for new clients.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Generate sales leads through cold calls networking and client referrals.
  2. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

    • Present and sell recruitment and outsourcing services to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
  3. Sales Strategy:

    • Develop sales strategies to meet the companys sales objectives.
    • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
    • Report on sales activities and achievements to management.

Driving & Mobility:

  1. Client Visits:
    • Conduct regular site visits to client locations for meetings presentations and followups.
    • Use personal or companyprovided vehicles for transportation to client meetings.
  2. Candidate Site Visits:
    • Travel to various locations to conduct recruitment drives and candidate interviews.
    • Support logistical arrangements for recruitment activities.

 

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 23 years of experience in recruitment sales or a similar combined role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Driving License:
    • Valid driving license is mandatory.
    • Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
    • Targetdriven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
