Job Description
- Product management.
- Product knowhow & process
- Work with engineering and technical department for new product implementation
- Problem solving for product & process related.
- Standardization
- FMEA/CP/WI/Check list standard
- Line layout/ Line balance chart/ StaB/ Ergo
StaB
- Capacity planning
- Plant CapEx management
- Responsibility for IATF16949 & BPS audit
- Continue improvement
- Productivity increasing project derivation and lead.
- Lead lean line design
- Lead Shop floor layout improvement
- Lead quality problem solving
- Lead RPP activity for target achievement
- Other tasks from manager
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and technology
5 years above
5
2 years on process
2
IE knowledge well
PjM experience lead improvement projects
Interpersonal skill and presenting skill in front of cross function audience is a prior
With BPS experience is plus
Fluent in both verbal and writing English and able to be working language
