Job Description
- RO Japan reporting tasks (e.g. monthly management report to regional president union committee meeting Bosch Germany board of management meeting)
- Controlling shared service for small divisions.
- Year End Closing tasks (reconciliation special reporting preparation)
- Handling ad hoc requests from various departments (especially from office of president)
- Monthly FC meeting coordination (e.g. agenda preparation meeting moderation minutes preparation Open Point List followup)
- Project tasks
Qualifications :
- More than 5year experience in controlling or finance & accounting under international office environment.
- Leadership experience and teamwork spirit
- Strong analytical skill and number handling skill
- Very good communication skills in both Japanese and English (native or business level)
Preferred skills/experiences
- Project management experience
- Digital fluency (SAP MS power automation Power BI Alteryx UX Automation Anywhere )
- German language
- 5
