Job Description
Looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer.
Daily Tasks
Design and develop and review advanced machine learning models and architectures including deep learning optimization and generative AI systems
Lead complex AI/ML project initiatives providing technical guidance and architectural oversight to crossfunctional engineering teams
Conduct indepth research and experimentation to evaluate emerging AI technologies assess their potential applications and develop proofofconcept solutions
Review and optimize existing AI systems for performance scalability and efficiency implementing advanced techniques like model compression and transfer learning
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies and implementation roadmaps
Minimum Technical Skills
Expertlevel proficiency in Python with deep understanding of machine learning libraries
Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms neural network architectures and AI model development
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (must have GCP nice to have Azure) and AI/ML cloud services
Strong background in statistical modeling data preprocessing and feature engineering
Proficiency in big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure
Leadership and Experience Level
Minimum of 810 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering
Proven track record of leading complex AI initiatives from conception to production
Senior technical leadership experience capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving technical strategy
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Demonstrated innovation in AI research or practical applications
