- Capable of communicating highly complex technical concepts and designs to business and technical teams.
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills.
- Must be an expert at translating complex business processes into technical solutions and communicating those solutions to business and technical teams.
- Must have perfect communication skills and experience working with the highestlevels of business and technical leadership.
- Provide a strong leadership presence to the customer business and technical teams as well as the development team. Generate an atmosphere of confidence and stability. Ensure that all levels of the customer believe we got this!.
- Critical thinking and problem solving are a critical component of success in these roles. Ability to be creative and think outside the box to provide the very best solution to the customer. This doesnt always mean the most technically elegant solution. It always means the ability to help the customer derive business value from the solution as quickly as possible while maintaining superhigh quality levels.
- Must be able to look at the big picture and the details to identify and address gaps.
- Must be able to motivate encourage and engage people; optimistic and positive attitude.
- Cant be said enough excellent verbal and written communication is critical to the success of the program and to the success of the individuals in these roles.
- Strong understanding and experience with the breadth of Salesforce functionality with an emphasis on Sales Service and Health Clouds. If candidates cant walk me through details of similar types of projects the interview will quickly end.
- A solid working history of Agile methodologies and techniques is required. The customer uses aspects of SAFe. We need to take a practical approach to delivery utilizing Agile methodologies that easily maps to and provides data to more traditional waterfalllike business planning and operations.
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus but not strictly required for all the roles. Of the initial 3 listed below at least 2 of them should have healthcare experience.
- We need these 3 roles to be individuals that are independent thinkers. Can take ownership of work and get things done with minimal outside leadership. These are the folks that I will be counting on to make sure our delivery capability is next level so I shouldnt have to invest a lot of handholding time.
- Must submit to a thorough background check and drugscreen.
- These roles need to be the first boots on the ground. These are the rock stars. We would like to shoot for a 1/2/2025 start. It can be sooner for the right candidates and the right situation
