We are currently seeking anAffiliate manager to take care of attracting and growing new affiliates for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and attract new affiliates as well as reengage existing ones to grow the affiliate in Tier1 countries
- Manage multiple affiliate campaigns simultaneously
- Create and implement new campaign ideas including bonuses and promotions to keep affiliates motivated
- Visit industry events and represent the company in the best way
- Analyze affiliate campaigns and their performance to gain valuable insights that can be used to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design product development support PR etc.
- Prepare and provide affiliates with promotional assets such as banners text ads and screenshots ensuring brand alignment;
- Cultivate relationships with partners to boost traffic acquisition with the best parameters
- Monitoring trends and tendencies in online marketing
You have:
- 2 years of experience in the affiliate industry including the iGaming vertical
- B2 level ofEnglish
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles practices and technologies
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to analyze traffic KPIs such as ROI ROMI eCPA and ARPU
- Knowledge of traffic sources payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and web analytics basics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
- Own partners database in the determined industry
